How does the billing of the plans work?

The charge is made according to the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). You receive progressive discounts for longer periods.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we automatically issue invoices for all charges as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions can be canceled within 7 days with a full refund, provided that usage is less than 20% of the plan's capacity.

Are notification packages mandatory?

No, the notification packages are optional. You can purchase them according to your need to send reminders via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to your clients.
